Oncology Consultation with Vet and Pet Parent
Video consult with the pet parent, veterinarian, and oncologist to discuss the cancer and give recommendations on any additional testing and treatment options given in a professional, detailed, and easy-to-understand format.

- 5-15 minute briefing and video physical exam with family veterinarian
- Up to 45 minutes of live video consultation with pet parents and vet

Additional Services
An Individualized, Comprehensive, Treatment Plan for the pet following consultation
- Detailed therapy protocol for the vet clinic which includes a 15-minute discussion between the family veterinarian and our board certified oncologist.
- This plan will include detailed instruction on how to perform treatments in their clinic with guidance on safety and best practices
Monthly Subscription – Post Consult
- Regular access to our board certified oncologists for further medical direction is provided to the vet on the specific pet.
- This ongoing service will guide veterinarians in further testing and treatment plans allowing for best practice of oncology care to be achieved with the family vet
Non Subscription Follow Up – Post Consult
- Individual questions responded to on a pay per follow up option
- Questions regarding specific pet’s disease, further testing, and therapy can be submitted through the portal
- This pay per use service will guide veterinarians in further testing and treatment plans allowing for best practice for oncology care to be achieved with the family vet
Recheck Video Consultation
- Live video chat with the oncologist, family vet, and pet owners to discuss pet’s current health and cancer status by reviewing recent testing and exam findings as well as response to therapy
- Some clients prefer re-check conversations with the oncologist. This can help reassure them of how their pet is doing and what next steps to take
Vet to Vet Clinic Subscription
We know that a clinic may have general oncology questions from time to time but do not need a full consultation. We offer a subscription service that provides veterinarians access to the portal and the ability to submit written questions on multiple pets.
Monthly subscription based on number of vets in the clinic
- Submit brief general oncology questions through the portal and responses will be reported in 1-2 business days.
- This service provides veterinarians with access to oncologists that they are familiar with for quick, direct, responses without review of the full medical records.
Non subscription – Vet to Vet Pay Per Quick Conversation Request
- On an individual basis submit brief general oncology questions through the portal and responses will be reported in 1-2 business days.
- This service provides veterinarians with access to oncologists that they are familiar with for quick, direct, responses without review of the full medical records.
Vet to Vet Detailed Consultation
- Submit pet’s medical records with request for veterinary only consultation through the portal and responses will be available in 1-2 business days
- This service includes:
- Review of medical record
- Typed detailed summary with recommendations
- Specific tumor and therapy handouts when available
- This detailed consultation will provide veterinarians with a summary of their patients’ cancer to help give specific information about the cancer’s behavior with testing and therapy recommendations.
